Uzbek Cuisine Restaurant "Rahat Lukum"
If you're a fan of Uzbek cuisine - "Rahat Lukum" is for you. This cozy restaurant serves everything that is Uzbek.
Well, not just Uzbek. Some of the dishes are Caucasian, others are of Mediterranean origin. But all of them have something in common - they are delicious!
The appetizers are mouthwatering. Taste some of the salads - they come with beet and nuts, cabbage, tuna, and my personal favorite - hot grated radish with lamb!
Not too keen on the salads? Order vegetables on a plate, they are the yummiest ones I've ever tasted!
Want something more substantial? Have sausages, cabbage pies, fish and even smoked meat.
Once you're done, have a tasty soup. Mine personal favorite is lamb with noodles.
There are plenty of dishes for the second course. You can order shashlik or kebab, meat and fish dishes with plenty of dressings,manty and delicious Uzbeki pilaf with lamb, carrot and stewed garlic!
What about the desserts, you ask?
"Rahat Lukum" offers delicious marmalade, fruits and oriental bakery. Be sure to order tea. It's served with several types of sugar, including caramel. Just put a piece in your mouth, and sip the tea slowly. It's so much fun!
You can order nargila. Its fragrant tobacco comes in several flavors, and it fits even a non-smoker!
If you are in a good company - nargila will bring you all even closer. You won't notice how the time flies by!
