Traditional Italian Pizza
It's not easy to find traditional Italian pizza in Moscow. Sure, there's a plenty of Italian restaurants, but their pizza is mostly "so-so".
Luckily,there is a restaurant that serves great Italian pizza. It's called "Il Patio", and it servers probably the best Italian dishes in town!
Just look at their lovely menu. There's an entire section of Caesar salads! You can order at least half a dozen of them, including Caesar with scallops, Caesar with tuna, and Caesar with beef carpaccio!
But don't be in a rush to order Caesar - there are plenty of other appetizers!
Enjoy the marvellous Ciabatta con Parma. Have a piece of tasty Greek salad, with feta, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and many other delicious ingredients!
If you prefer fish - order Insalata di Salmone, with smoked salmon,cucumbers,lettuce and french dressing. Yummy!
...AND, there are even more Caesar salads in the main menu!
By the way, don't forget to order a delicious garlic bread, with cheese, Italian herbs, and butter. It adds that special taste to everything you eat!
But enough about the appetizers. You came here for pizza, right? And not just some pizza, but good Italian pizza!
Well, "Il Patio" is the place.
It serves a dozen of different pizzas, with thin and crispy dough, tasty stuffing, and that special chef's touch. They are sooo good!
My personal favorite is Bavarese, with sausages, smoked pork, pepperoni, cheese and mushrooms. Also, try Quattro Formaggi, with Mozzarella, Romano, Bleu and Provolone.
Il Patio pizza is good, offering you a balanced solution, not too nourishing and not too light. Try it if you aren't sure what to choose.
Looking for something simple and elegant? Order Prosciutto e funghi, with ham, champignons,Cheddar cheese and oregano.
Fan of seafood? Taste Mare Italiano, with Mozzarella, shrimps, mussels and scallops. My wife adores it.
There's also a wide choice of pastas - Spaghetti Crudaiola, Penna alla Bolognese, Spaghetti alla Carbonara, Fettuccini alla Siciliana and more, much more. Needless to say, they are all terrific!
And the desserts....ahhh, they are simply ohlala!
