The Magic of Russian Spring
Russian spring... such a bliss! The sun is bright, the trees are turning green, bird songs fill the air. Life is returning to Moscow after months of cold, grey, rainy weather.
That's right, these days are meant for fun! Dress something warm, grab your camera, and go out with your friends or loved ones!

Yep, you heard me - I said "something warm"! Why? Becuase it's still chilly around. It's OK when the sun is shining and the weather's still, but when the slight draft comes - you'll have a runny nose for sure!
So what to wear during the spring? Relax, we're not talking fur coats and "valenki". Your goal is not to let the wind cool you down too much. Once you put on something that blocks the cold air, - you'll be just fine! It doesn't have to be a jacket - even a thick shirt will do the trick!

I know what you're about to say - "but the girls are dressing like the summer's here!!". Yes, they surely do, and you can't blame them! They can't put on their favorite clothing when it's cold. Instead, poor Moscow girls have to wear dark, grey and brown coats. Not much fun for a woman!
When Russian spring finally comes, they put on the thinnest and shortest shirts they can find. Doesn't mean it's OK - they must be freezing in those! Isn't a very good idea if you ask me...
Spring is the time for romance. If you're looking for a date - that's the time to act! Love is in the air, so if there's someone special in your life - invite that person out! Be sure to buy her some flowers. Moscow girls love those!

Take her out to a movie, or just walk in quiet botanic garden, like the one near "VDNH". You won't find a better time and place to say the famous "Ia tebia lublu"!
Late Russian spring is the best time to enjoy nature. Trees are turning bright green, and that's the only time you can see that color! Seize the day - make some photos! Don't let those moments fade away! Springtime Moscow is really, really beautiful!

You don't have to stay in the city, you know. Take a car or hop on a train, go to Moscow region ("Podmoskov'e") - there are plenty of forests and fields there! Mine favorite is the city of Chekhov, especially "Melehovo manor", with true Russian plain and a church!
You're gonna love it!
